St. Jacobs, ON, October 21, 2009 - Home Hardware Stores Limited announced the grand prize winners of the Drive Home a Toyota contest today. Three lucky winners across Canada will each receive a 2010 Toyota RAV4 4WD V6 Sport. The three winners are Louis Frenette from Bathurst, New Brunswick, Christina Philips from Brampton, Ontario, and Chris Morgan from Killam, Alberta.
Toyota Canada and Home Hardware Stores Limited announced a multi-year business relationship in February, 2009. Throughout the year, the companies have begun cross-marketing promotions in-store, at trade shows, and in promotional materials. Toyota vehicles were on display at Home Hardware's Tough as Nails contractor shows where Home's commercial customers were introduced to Toyota's line-up of ready-for-work trucks.
"The Drive Home a Toyota contest has given us the opportunity to express our thanks to customers," said Paul Straus, Vice-President and CEO of Home Hardware Stores Limited. "We have enjoyed a great working relationship with Toyota Canada and look forward to future cross-promotions and contests."
This relationship celebrates 45 years of business in Canada for both companies who have developed strong community relationships through their committed involvement in local activities and events.
To enter the Drive Home a Toyota contest, which was launched as part of Home Hardware's 45th anniversary celebrations, ballots could be entered in store between June 8th and August 31st of this year.
