Enhanced Polymer Fortified Thin-Set Mortar

• R-Flex III is a single component, enhanced, polymer fortified, thinset mortar which requires only water to become a versatile setting system
• Especially designed to give a higher bond strength than given by conventional polymer modified thinsets so as to allow more demanding tile installations to be carried out, such as over radiant-heated subfloors
• Designed for interior and exterior floor and wall applications
• Used for setting of highly absorptive semi-vitrous and vitreous ceramic tile, porcelain, marble (except green and red) and granite tiles RECOMMENDED SUBSTRATES:
• Masonry, concrete (fully cured; 28 days old), gypsum wall board (primed with 1411 R-Bond Liquid), cement baker board, cement mortars and levelling compounds, exterior grade plywood, asphalt cutback adhesive, vinyl asbestos tile (VAT) or vinyl composition tile (VCT), Linoleum or non-cushioned vinyl sheet goods, existing unglazed ceramic tile and cementitious Terrazzo Approximate Coverage per 50-lb. bag:
• 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/4" square-notched trowel = 65 sq. ft
• 1/4 x 1/4 x 1/4" square-notched trowel = 80 sq. ft.
