Overview
Anchoring Cement
- Is a pourable, fast setting, high strength, expansive anchoring cement
- Controlled expansion assures a tight grip on both the fixture and the surrounding concrete
- Is ideal for setting anchor bolts, screws, posts, railings, reinforcing rods and other fixtures in existing concrete
- Can be used as a base plate grout to level industrial machinery or to level concrete floors under carpet or soft tile
- For anchoring bolts, rods, railings, etc. drill a hole that will allow a minimum of 1/2" of King flow-stone to surround the fixture being anchored
- Holes should be at least 2" deep
- For levelling concrete floors, thoroughly clean and roughen the surface
- In all applications the existing concrete must be sound and clean
- Soak the area with clean water and remove any standing water MIXING:

- Add product slowly while mixing

- For anchoring fixtures in concrete floors, best results are obtained with a batter like consistency - about 260 mL (9oz) of water to 1kg of product
- For anchoring fixtures in concrete or masonry walls, a putty like consistency is required - about 228mL (8oz) of water to 1kg of product
- Strength, hardness and fluidity are directly dependent on the water to compound ratio
- Mix thoroughly
- Add any extra water sparingly APPLICATIONS:
- For anchoring bolts, rods, railing, etc. in concrete floors, place the fixture into the prepared hole and pour the mix around it
- Tap the fixture to help settle the mix in the hole
- Pour a slight excess of flow-stone around the fixture to achieve a dome shape taper about 1cm higher that the surrounding concrete
- This will prevent water from accumulating around the base
- For levelling concrete floors, trowel or pour King flow-stone onto the prepared surface
- When mixed to a flowable consistency, our product is self-levelling
- Do not use f
