Latex Base Drylock Masonry Waterproofer

• Ready mixed
• Latex based drylock masonry waterproofer is a low odour, water clean-up formula for waterfproofing all interior, exterior, above and below grade masonry walls, cinder and concrete blocks, stucco, brick, retaining walls, basements, concrete swimming pools and foundations
• Also good for cisterns and potable water
• No premixing or pre-wetting necessary
• Tintable
• This product can be tinted to any colour in your chiprack that uses a white base
• Use 25% of the normal formula
• For example, for the 3.78 litre size use the formula for a 946 mil size
• Non-flammable
• Guaranteed to stop water even under pressure
• Clean up with soap and water
• Applies easily with brush and/or roller
• Complies with all current VOC and/or VOS requirements
• First coat should be brushed on; use good quality poly-nylon brush to work waterproofer into pores of masonry
• Second coat can be rolled using longer nap roller ADDITIONAL USES:
• Special formula does not contain ingredients which support the growth of mildew; making product safe to use on a wide variety of masonry surfaces
• Can be used on a variety of masonry surfaces, inside or outside, above or below grade, including: - Fish ponds - Retaining walls - Bird baths - Basement walls - Concrete cisterns - Concrete foundations COVERAGE:
• 75-100 sq.ft/gallon
