Exterior Ultra Mono Caulking

• Poly Acrylate Emulsion
• Long lasting performance
• Fast cure (at ambient conditions of 75°F (25°C) and 50% relative humidity, an initial skin will develop in 15 minutes with a firm skin under 24 hours; thorough cure in 7 to 14 days; at lower temperatures, cure may be slightly retarded
• Exceptional flexibility
• Shrinkage less than 20% vs. latex of 30-40%
• Skin time is less than 15 minutes
• Excellent adhesion to wood, brick, masonry, concrete, vinyl, aluminum and glass
• Paintable in 1 hour if latex paint is used; oil based coatings should not be applied for at least 48 hours
• Superior adhesion - wood, porous materials, plastics, vinyls
• Soap and water clean-up
• Typical uses include, but not limited to perimeter caulking around windows and doors, window and door frames, sealing of PVC and aluminum siding, general caulking etc.
• Low odour
• Can be applied at +5°C and above
• Reduces dirt pickup and damage to bead
• Resists damage from rain during cure cycle
• Blends into substrate once painted
• To clean, Immediately remove all sealant or smears adjacent to joint edges as work progresses with a scraper and moistened rag; tools may be cleaned with soap and water
• Not recommended for horizontal joints subject to traffic, joints under constant submersion for prolonged periods, or when rain is expected within four hours of application
