Overview
Non Fibrated Foundation Coating ROOF:
- This coating is excellent as a primer and re-saturant for all weathered built-up roofs before applying fibered roof coating
- It is also recommended for use on metal surfaces, such as metal roofs, gutters, spouts, tanks and other structural iron for protection against rust and other water damage
- It is able to resist weather, acid and alkali
- It is not recommended for use on tar roofs FOUNDATION:
- These products are used to coat exterior below-grade walls and abutments
- They can be used on concrete, brick or tile foundation walls
- Properly applied, they give adequate protection for an indefinite period, providing a damp-free foundation that combats mildew, rust, mould and rot
- They are smooth, homogeneous blends that will not separate or settle
- For exterior use only
- Not to be used indoors under any circumstances ADVANTAGES: ROOF:
- Low viscosity coating penetrates, resaturates and revitalizes dry but sound roofing felts, extending their life expectancy

- Easy to use - no stirring required, will not run or sag PREPARATION: ROOF:
- Sweep off all dust, dirt and debris
- Roof should be completely dry before applying coating
- Repair all cracks, breaks or open seams with Black Jack 6225 Excel Wet/Dry Surface Plastic Cement and allow to dry at least overnight before coating FOUNDATION:
- Surfaces must be clean and free of all foreign matter
- Do not apply on damp or frost-covered surfaces
- Fill cracks
- All pores of the surface must be filled with coating, leaving no voids, to ensure a proper seal APPLICATION: ROOF:
- Apply with roofing brush, paint brush, mop or spray equipment, depending on
