Excel Waterproof Primer Adhesive

• A two part, solvent free, cold applied compound that may be used on most surfaces to facilitate and improve both the application and performance of peel and stick membranes
• Suitable for use on a wide range of substrates such as wood, EPS, gypsum board, masonry, concrete, protectoboard and metals
• Solvent free
• Very low VOC's (< 10gms/L)
• LEED compliant
• Effective tack for up to 48 hours
• May be applied at a wide range of temperatures (-20- +40C)
• Extremely aggressive tack
• Does not attack EPS panels
• Supplied with own mixing container
• All surfaces must be free from moisture, oil, grease, dirt and loose materials
• Metals surfaces must have rust scales removed MIXING AND APPLICATION:
• Add part B to part A then mix (*Note- do not mix more than will be used in a one hour period)
• Apply with a short pile roller
• Only a thin coat is required
• Recommended spread rate is 40-45 M² per two gallon kit
• For best results the primer should be allowed to cure for 3 hours and no more than 48 hours before installing the membrane
• For more detailed instructions see the container label CLEAN UP: -Tools and equipment should be cleaned immediately after use with mineral spirits or xylene
• Once the product has cured it cannot be cleaned with solvent
