Armstrong® Prelude® Fire Guard™ 12 ft. Main Beam features a patented thermal expansion relief notch to help maintain structural integrity of the ceiling to meet code requirements. These main beams can be installed with our standard Prelude® cross tees, wall molding, and appropriate ceiling panels for residential code applications. They may also be paired with Fire Guard™ cross tees and ceiling panels to achieve fire-resistant UL ratings.
