CertainTeed's MemBrain™ Continuous Air Barrier & Smart Vapor Retarder is a vapor retarder sheeting intended for use with unfaced, vapor-permeable mass insulation (fiberglass and mineral wool) in wall and ceiling cavities. It changes its permeability with ambient humidity conditions, all while providing a continuous air seal.

• Continuous indoor air barrier creates a better performing building envelope
• Dynamic performance and permeance rating
• Senses and adapts permeance to varying humidity throughout the year to keep the cavity dry
• Prevents moisture vapor from entering the wall cavity in the winter
• Allows any moisture buildup to escape the cavity in the summer
