Product Overview
This beautiful multi-purpose cutting board by Kuraidori is made from natural acacia wood. One side has a well and groove to catch juices while carving and slicing. The opposite side is plain with added cutting surface for chopping and cutting or to use as a serving board. Hand wash only with soapy water and dry thoroughly before storing. To sanitize, wash with a 1:1 mixture of vinegar and water every few months and occasionally rub with food safe mineral oil to keep the board moisturized.
