MONO Ultra® Exterior is a premium latex-based sealant formulated to provide a durable, waterproof seal for a wide variety of exterior applications. Easy to gun, skins quickly, low odour, mildew resistant, with outstanding flexibility and superior adhesion. Paintable and cleans up easily with soap and water.

- Fast cure (at ambient conditions of 75°F (25°C)) and 50% relative humidity, an initial skin will develop in 15 minutes with a firm skin under 24 hours; thorough cure in 7 to 14 days; at lower temperatures, cure may be slightly retarded
- Exceptional flexibility
- Skin time is less than 15 minutes
- Excellent adhesion to wood, brick, masonry, concrete, vinyl, aluminum and glass
