Whether you are looking to waterproof roofs, RV's, gutters, planters, foundations or much more, Liquid Rubber Waterproof Sealant will do the trick. It is a flexible heavy-duty multi-purpose coating that cures into a waterproof membrane. It stays soft, flexible and may have some tackiness, so is not meant as a walking surface. It provides excellent adhesion, chemical and UV resistance and is resistant to freeze/thaw cycles. Best of all, it is water based, meaning no harmful solvents or VOC's.

• Average area coverage for vertical or sloped applications = 30 sq.ft./gallon (0.73 square meters/L) and apply 2 coats
• For flat roofs, ponds and areas of ponding water - 15 sq.ft./gallon (0.36 square meters/L) and apply 3 coats
