- Dries to a tough, flexible, weather resistant film
- Because of its ability to retain its flexibility, it resists damage which may result from expansion and contraction caused by weather, temperature variation and normal building vibration
- On exterior surface of underground storage tanks and pipes
- As a primer for dried out roofs
- On stone, brick or concrete surfaces
- As an underground exterior foundation coating and dampproofer
- For exterior use only
- For foundations, apply two coats
- Approximately 9.3 sq. metres (100 sq. ft.) per 5.7 litres (1.5 gallons), depending on texture and porosity of surface
- Do not apply if there is a threat of rain within 24-48 hours after application
- Tools may be cleaned with mineral spirits
- Use care in handling solvents
- Clean hands with a waterless hand cleaner
