Clear Pouring Topcoat(TM) was created to pour over acrylic paintings to achieve a high-gloss, lacquer-like finish in one step
Formula eliminates the need to mix harsh chemicals
Flows into a self-leveling coat that will not yellow or bubble, drying to a crystal clear and hard finish
