20' x 12' Pressure Treated Cabana Package

This luxurious 20’ x 12’ Poolside Cabana includes three separate rooms, each with its own access door, to accommodate all the needs of you and your guests. On the right is a spacious change room with closet and towel wall. Upgrade options include shelving and a large bench for comfortable sitting while changing. The middle room is for storage: it offers plenty of space for pool equipment, pool toys and related aquatic gear. To the left is a bathroom. This can be left un-fixtured to serve as an additional change room, or optioned out with sink, toilet and shower for full bathroom functionality. The change room and bathroom feature small vinyl slider windows to allow air flow while preserving privacy. All rooms include drywall and insulation. The traditional gable design looks great in any yard, and the sloping roof allows snow and rain to simply run off the sides. A porch with gable roof extends out the front for shaded sitting. Vinyl shakes and siding create an exquisite exterior look, with many different colour options available to complement your home. Easy to maintain and resistant to rain and moisture, your vinyl siding can last up to 30 years or more.
