The diatomaceous earth formula contains two food grade additives: one which attracts ants, while the other is a digestive ingredient. The microscopic shards of the diatomaceous earth cuts the waxy coating of ants from both inside and out. When using Wilson AntOut Ant Killer Dust outdoors, apply in areas that are protected from high winds and heavy rains. Re-apply when necessary.
