Designed for installations where space is limited, Space Saver electric tankless water heaters provide optimum reliability, performance, and energy efficiency. This point of use electric tankless 18,000 W 240 V water heater model is ideal for small office spaces, bathrooms, garage, wet bar and point of use cottage requirements. This water heater requires a dedicated 100 AMP breaker and needs to be installed with 8-gauge electrical wire. These units will provide 2 GPM at 70-degree temperature rise. This unit is ideal for point of use and is not a whole home solution.
