Whether you are looking to waterproof roofs, RV's, gutters, planters, foundations or much more, Liquid Rubber Waterproof Sealant will do the trick. It is a flexible heavy-duty multi-purpose coating that cures into a waterproof membrane. It stays soft, flexible and may have some tackiness, so is not meant as a walking surface. It provides excellent adhesion, chemical and UV resistance and is resistant to freeze/thaw cycles. Best of all, it is water based, meaning no harmful solvents or VOC's.

• Average area coverage for vertical or sloped applications: 30 sq. ft./gallon (0.73 sq. m./L) and apply 2 - 3 coats
• For flat and sloped roofs, ponds and areas of ponding water: 15 sq. ft./gallon (0.36 sq. m./L) and apply 4 - 5 coats
• Allow 12-24 hours drying time between re-coating
