BEAUTITONE Granite Textured Stone Coating - for Concrete, Maple, 3.78 L

Now you can add new appeal to concrete and other surfaces all around your home with Beauti-Tone Granite. A tough stone coating that spreads smoothly onto interior or exterior concrete, wood, drywall and other surfaces. Beauti-Tone Granite’s stone content creates a slip resistant, super–hard surface that resists abrasion and impact. The advanced acrylic base adds outstanding adhesion, and elasticity plus excellent resistance to salt, ultraviolet light, and freeze/thaw cycles. Apply seamlessly or in patterns using various colours. You can even add a “grout” line to create realistic ceramic tile, brick or flagstone effects. Your finish cleans easily with a garden hose or mild cleaner and a deck brush. Repairs are easy too. In the unlikely event that your Beauti-Tone® Granite® finish is ever damaged, it can usually be fixed in minutes.

• 100% acrylic emulsion coating with coloured quartz compounds which provide a flexible, breathable, water repellent decorative finish for long life and durability

• Surface should be clean and dry, free from efflorescence, laitance, dust, dirt, loose flaking, oils, poorly bonded or glossy paint, surface sealers, salts and other contaminates which may effect adhesion and product performance
• New masonry surfaces should be allowed to cure a minimum of 48 hours prior to application
• Surface area should be power washed using at least 2500 psi to clear any surface contaminates
• Smooth, new and efflorescent surfaces should be etched using a muriatic acid/ water solution (2 parts water/1 part muriatic acid), follow by neutralizing surface area with a baking soda/water solution (one 500 gr. box baking soda/2 gallons of water) and rinse area thoroughly
• When surface is dry, prime area using Granite roll-on primer (tinted to match desired Granite colour)

• Thoroughly stir contents prior to application

• May be applied by trowel or spray equipment
• Ambient temperatures must not be less than 5 degrees Celsius, and should not exceed 40 degress Celsius during application and for a continuous period of at least 24 hours after application

• Dry to touch in 60 minutes, depending on atmospheric conditions
• Protect coated surfaces for 6-8 hours prior to exposure to rain or heavy condensation - In dry conditions product cure is complete in 24 hours

• Seal the fully cured Granite finish using a lint- free roller and Tech Stone Sealer (supplied in 3.78L pails)
• Apply 2 coats: protect surface from water and other contamination between coats
• Do not walk on surface while it is tacky

• Equipment can be cleaned with soap and water prior to cure of material

• In case of contact with eyes, flood eyes repeatedly with potable water and call a physician
• DO NOT RUB EYES due to coarseness of granules
• Wash hands thoroughly after handling
• Do not take internally
• KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
• Keep container closed. Do not use in the presence of unprotected foodstuffs
• Product which has been frozen must be discarded
• Dispose of unused material in accordance with local, provincial and federal guidelines

• Most stains from food or beverages can be easily cleaned using water and a deck brush
• For more persistent stains, a mild soapy cleanser is generally sufficient
