Description
Coriander thrives in a temperature range of 50°F to 85°F (10°C to 29°C), with optimal growth occurring between 60°F and 70°F (15°C to 21°C). It prefers cool weather and can tolerate light frost, but high temperatures (above 85°F or 29°C) can cause it to bolt (prematurely flower) and develop bitter leaves.
