Mint prefers a temperature range of 55-70°F (13-21°C) for optimal growth. While it can tolerate colder temperatures, it's best to protect mint from frost and freezing temperatures, especially during the winter. Indoors, mint thrives in temperatures between 65°F and 75°F.
