Fast acting wax remover for floors and other surfaces. Mild pH and does not contain caustics so neutralizing is not needed. Designed for commercial cleaning contractors.

• Removes accumulated aged wax build up - For industrial and commercial use only - Extreme build up on terrazzo, vinyl, tile, marble: dilute with 2 gallons cold water to 1 gallon Wax Build-Up Remover, apply to floor and allow to stand five minutes, machine scrub - Remove from floor, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry - Cleaning discoloured grout: dilute with 3 parts cold water to 1 part Wax Build-Up Remover - Note: do not dilute more than 3 parts water to 1 part Wax Build-Up Remover - Keep from freezing
