Description
- This model CF part was designed to satisfy "throught the wall" installations, where complete framing of the verticle chimney length may not be practical
- The assembly consists of both an interior (black) and exterior plate with a telescoping shield attached to each
- The exterior wall plate can be easily paintedfor aesthetic purposes, if desired
- This part also keeps the chimney contered where passing through the wall
- The round sheilding acts a radiation shield andprovides the required 2" air space clearance from the chimney outer wall to any combustable materials
- This is extremely important when creating interference with batte typle insulation
- Telescoping adjustment is from 6" to 11"
- The insulated wall plate also provides resistance to air infiltration into the room
