Mosaic’s reversible roasting board is made of beautiful acacia wood. Catching juices and other liquids in the grooved edge of one side enables you to save them for sauces if wanted while also reducing messy kitchen cleanups. The reverse side is flat and smooth to elegantly display and serve meats, cheeses and other tasty treats. To keep your acacia board’s colour in the best condition, keep away from direct sunlight. To clean, hand wash with soap and water and dry immediately. For optimal protection, sanitize with a 1:1 mixture of vinegar and water every few months.
