Here's How to replace a shower head.

Grab the following materials: 
1. Unscrew shower head and pipe.
2. Apply plumber’s tape to new pipes threads.
3. Install pipe. Hand tighten and ensure pipe faces down.
4. Install flange and washer.
5. Install new shower head.
6. Tighten with pipe wrench. Use a rag to protect shower head surface.
7. Install washer and wand hose.
8. Test and check for leaks.
