Instructions:

  1. In a pan combine the olive oil, mushrooms, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it cook for 10 minutes, until the edges begin to crisp. Watch closely.

  2. Meanwhile, add a drizzle of olive oil to the cast iron pizza stone, smooth side up. On a lightly floured surface, push/roll the pizza dough out until thin. Transfer the dough to the stone.

  3. Top the pizza dough evenly with sliced potatoes and rosemary. Drizzle lightly with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

4. Select the desired pizza program by pressing the button “New York Style”. The default time and temperature will be displayed on the control panel. Press the selector knob, to start the oven. Once preheated, the oven will beep and display OPEN, FILL IN.

5. Open the oven and place the pizza on the stone inside. Halfway through the allotted time, remove from the oven and top with mozzarella cheese and the roasted mushrooms. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for the remaining time.

6. Remove the pizza from the oven and let cool. Top with burrata and micro basil/basil leaves.
