Responsibilities
The Full-Time Cashier at
Home Hardware serves as the final, critical point of customer contact. This
role focuses on processing purchases accurately, scanning a diverse range of
inventory (from home decor to lumber), end of night balancing and maintaining a
clean, welcoming front checkout environment.
Other duties include:- Answering phone calls.
- Stocking shelves.
- Assisting
customers throughout the Store.
Qualifications
- Friendly demeanor.
- Active
listening.
- Patience when greeting shoppers when answering questions and
managing their purchases and/or returns.
