Richardson's
Home Hardware is a fourth-generation, family-owned store in Nipawin,
Saskatchewan, and a growing, thriving business. We are adding our first-ever
Store Manager to lead the sales floor and our team of about 20 full-time,
part-time and key holder staff. This role sits directly below the Owner-Dealers
and above our key holder team. You will run the daily operation of the store so
the owners can focus on growing the business.
A role we build together. For the first 3–6 months, you will work side by side
with our owners. Responsibilities will be handed over in stages as we establish
together how the role works best in our store. We expect to learn from you as
much as you learn from us. We are prepared to wait for the right candidate. If
you are managing a Home Hardware elsewhere in the country and want a different
pace of life, or you are already in Northeast Saskatchewan and ready to step
up, we would like to hear from you.
