This point of use electric tankless 9000 W 240 V water heater is ideal for a small office space, bathroom, garage, wet bar, and point of use cottage requirements. This water heater requires a dedicated 50 AMP breaker and needs to be installed with 8-gauge electrical wire. These units are optimal in very small demand applications, providing 0.9 GPM at 70-degree temperature rise.
