Reduce your risk of water leaks and damage with the Moen Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff. Monitor the temperature and pressure of your home’s water and track your water usage. Plus, it can automatically shut off the water before a catastrophic leak occurs.

• FloSense(TM) 3.0 technology learns the unique water footprint of your home and usage patterns so it can quickly sense irregularities and alert you of potential leaks
• MicroLeak(TM) runs daily health tests to ensure your home's plumbing network is running efficiently while identifying leaks as small as a single drop per minute
• The app-based technology provides live water usage data, including water flow rate, pressure, and ambient temperature
• Real-time alerts allow you to remotely turn off the water from the Moen Smart Water App, or the device can be set to automatically close the valve to help prevent catastrophic damage
• In addition to leaks, the device will send a notification if it senses a fixture has been left on or if temperatures have dipped too low and pipes are at risk of freezing
• Should Wi-Fi connection be lost, the device will still protect the home as it stores the latest learnings locally, allowing it to continue to protect the home until a Wi-Fi connection has been restored
• The Moen Smart Water App shows daily water consumption and allows you to set conservation goals to encourage water savings
• Water usage data is stored locally on the device in case of Wi-Fi outages
• In the event of a power disruption in the home, an optional Battery Backup is available to allow the Smart Water Shutoff device to continue to operate for 3+ days
• Everything needed for installation is included in box (Professional installation is recommended and takes just a few hours when home meets installation requirements)

To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange, merchandise must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original bill of sale. If you're not satisfied that the items meet your needs, Home Hardware stores will accept the return of most regularly stocked items within 90 days of purchase.
