Home Hardware Receives Top Fleet Employer of Distinction Award

Award applicants are evaluated on topics such as recruitment and retention practices, workplace culture, compensation, training and skills development, and innovative HR practices. Additionally, the Top Fleet Employer of Distinction status is awarded to employers who have been recognized in the program for a minimum of five years.
