An alkyd/oil primer offers a few benefits that a water based primer can't. This BeautiTone™ primer is what you need for painting over wallpaper, covering water stains and wood knots, unpainted stucco ceilings or other household stains. It is formulated with excellent sealing properties for a beautiful, uniform finish that will require fewer top coats. It is tintable to ensure you get better hide with fewer top coats on specific colours. Designated with the Home Owner's Guarantee. Note: Not recommended as a primer for new drywall. It will make the finish raised, not smooth.

• Clean-up: Clean tools with paint thinner
