Rust-Oleum® HOME topcoat is step 2 of 2 of this extremely durable interior floor coating system. This easy-to-use system can transform the look of any outdated floor without the cost of replacing it. The topcoat provides a clear, protective finish to your space in two different sheen options. The topcoat must be applied over the base coat. This system can be used on tile, wood, laminate, concrete, vinyl, linoleum and more. For best results apply the topcoat 6 hours after application of the base coat.
