SASHCO Lexel Multi Purpose Sealant - Clear, 310 ml

For pros and DIYers who need a tough elastic sealant that works for any job or project, Lexel® is a multipurpose caulk that allows them to seal around most anything, inside or outside, wet or dry, without failure. Unlike traditional silicones, Lexel® stays clear, has superior adhesion sticking to a variety of surfaces, is paintable, and has great flexibility with 600% maximum stretch.

• Rubber-based sealant that has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of materials, even after seven days of water immersion
• Lexel is a soft rubber which allows it to stretch and compress with joint movement
• 19 times clearer than silicone and will not yellow
• Won't dry hard or crack
• Won't tear away, even under wet conditions(Not recommended for prolonged submersion)
• Useful for a variety of jobs both indoors and outdoors
• Water- and mildew-resistant
• Paintable and stainable (colour may vary from original substrate)
