BEAUTITONE WOOD-SHIELD Acrylic Alkyd Deck & Siding Stain - Solid Clear Base, 17 L

Advanced technology enables Wood-Shield to formulate a unique resin blend of alkyd and acrylic. This blend enjoys the deep penetration benefit of an alkyd (oil), and the colourfast and mildew resistance benefits of an acrylic. This solid stain allows the natural texture of the wood to show through in thousands of beautiful colours. Two coats are recommended for maximum protection. • Low VOC acrylic-modified resin is made from arenewable resource (natural plant oil)

• Excellent wetting for easy application with no lap marks
• Good penetration to the wood surface
• Testing demonstrates new stains are as durableand weather resistant as the traditional alkyd stains
• Chemical resistant to anti-freeze, oil, and gasoline
• Surface prep: weathered wood surfaces should becleaned with wood prep (c17-70) or wood restorer (c11-70). Sanding may also be necessary. See label for further instructions
• Drying Time: Approximately 1 hour, second coat must be applied between 8 and 48 hrs
• Recommended Applicators: Use only high-quality bristlebrush or stain pads
