Hurricane Tie- The hurricane tie is a fast, efficient way to tie down roof rafters or roof trusses to the double top plate of an outside wall
- Material: 18 gauge
- Finish: galvanized (Z-Max is also available for applications involving pressure treated wood)
- Dimensional connector
- Use all specified fasteners
- Can be installed with flanges facing inward
- Hurricane ties do not replace solid blocking
