This Mosaic mini, non-stick frypan offers durability and value. The 6" size makes it a great option for smaller meal prep for individual use or for foods like omelets and grill cheeses. The compact size is also ideal for storing, as it occupies a small footprint. The body is forged from aluminum with a thickness of 2.5 mm, giving it strength and incredible heat transfer. The non-stick interior surface is coated with Whitford Xylan® black, making it one of the most durable finishes on the market. A Bakelite handle provides a cool to the touch surface and a comfortable, soft touch rubber coating. The bottom of the pan contains an insert which makes it a viable option for induction, gas and electric heat sources. The outside of the pan is designed with a heat-resistant colour coating in light pink, making it a great selection for any kitchen.
