It's self-watering, with a large water reservoir to reduce watering and provide plants with a consistent supply of moisture. It has a fantastic built in overflow protection system that once activated by drilling out the port located on the outside of the bottom of the planter eliminates over watering by you or by heavy rains (drill out for outdoor use only). With a capacity of 6.6 L of soil, it is manufactured in Canada using recyclable, UV treated raw materials to resist damage from the sun's harmful rays.
