AMERICAN POWER PULL 4 Ton Cable Puller

This four ton double ratchet drive power-pull cable winch features a cable limiter that keeps two wraps of cable on the ratchet wheel. It releases loads one notch at a time. Featuring 5/16" galvanized aircraft cable; a laminated steel ratchet wheel; 6 foot pull; plated steel for rust resistance; and drop forged safety hooks, it is great for: automotive, construction, farm/ranch, shipping, home/office, recreation, utilities, manufacturing, and boating. Meets OSHA specs and ASME Spec B30.21-1999.
