The PINNACOLO IBRIDO (Hybrid) Outdoor Pizza Oven allows you to choose to cook with wood or gas in the same oven. The IBRIDO puts you in charge of not just what you cook but how you cook it. You can cook using old world traditional Wood Fire and then simply switch to the modern Gas Fire. The IBRIDO also features a wall-to-wall Cordierite cooking surface with 745 sq. in. of cooking space. That means 2 or 3 or even 4 pizzas can cook at one time. The double wall insulated dome is coated in an extremely durable porcelain enamel finish. The same coating that protects the inside your home oven. There are 4 locking swivel casters to make it easy to position, an electronic igniter to make it easy to light, all stainless-steel construction makes it durable and long lasting and the IBRIDO comes complete with all the accessories you need to make you a great cook!
