The patented Dual-Tube™ burner system is engineered to provide an even heat distribution, equipped with an inner tube promoting even front-to-back heat distribution and side ports producing two bands of flame per burner. Constructed of high quality stainless steel and cast aluminum, the cookbox keeps the heat in to promote an even conveciton style cooking. Additional features include a stainless steel exterior, a 50,000 BTU burner system, 695 sq. in. of total cooking space including the porcelain coated warming rack, an enclosed cabinet for convenient storage, Linear-Flow™ valves, the Sure-Lite™ ignition system, and back lit control knobs.
