Constructed of cast aluminum, the ultra thick cookbox keeps the heat in to promote an even convection style of cooking. Additional features include a 40,000 BTU burner system, 635 sq. in. of total cooking space including the porcelain coated warming rack, an enclosed cabinet for convenient storage, Linear-Flow™ valves, and the Sure-Lite™ ignition system.
