Introducing our new matte black residential door closer. The 1000 Series is a residential closer for light interior use. Adjustable closing and latching speeds make the door closer ideal for small offices, condominiums, apartments, and single-family residences. The closer is non handed, size 1 and can be mounted on regular, or parallel arm installations
