The Secret to a Successful Floor Installation

How does a contractor minimize the risk associated with floor installations?

It all starts with qualifying the customer and choosing the right flooring product to install. Dependant on the job, there are a number of variables that go into choosing the right flooring product for your customer: design preference, material, grading, maintenance, etc. This choice in flooring will impact whether or not the installation will be a success. If the wrong product is used in the wrong application, it can affect the success of your floor install.

Advanced luxury vinyl

This next generation in luxury vinyl flooring is nine (9) times more stable than traditional luxury vinyl products.

The dense and rigid (stone-polymer) core will not telegraph subfloor irregularities.

It’s also 100% waterproof – making Touchstone a great product to use in water prone areas like kitchens and bathrooms.

Easy to install

Install Touchstone using only spacers, a rubber mallet, a tape measure and utility knife. Installation is made even easier with it’s drop-lock installation system.

The attached IXPE underlayment provides added sound insulation and can be installed over most existing subfloors.

You can also minimize the amount of transitions used as Touchstone can be installed in large areas (up to 4000 ft2) without transitions.

Seasonal Stability: No climate control, no problem!


Touchstone is more temperature stable (-30°C to 60°C) and more impact resistant than traditional floating luxury vinyl and WPC (wood plastic composite) products, making Touchstone suitable for cottage applications.

Variety of decors that coordinate with any living space


Touchstone is available in six (6) plank and four (4) tile decors. The tiles have a four-sided colour matched bevel creating the illusion of grout lines (without the mess or hassle!).
