Ingredients
For the Glaze
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp apple juice
1 tsp white vinegar
2 tbsp honey
For the Ham
8 to 11 lb smoked ham
Directions
For the Glaze
- In a medium sauce pan over medium heat add the brown sugar and butter. Mix together until the butter has melted completely.
- Add the apple juice and vinegar. Stir it together and let is cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the honey to the mixture and stir thoroughly.
- Remove from the heat and transfer the glaze to a container for later use.
