A fast-curing, cement-based patching, and skim coating compound that provides a smooth finish to a variety of interior substrates prior to the installation of resilient floor coverings. Excels at being an embossed vinyl floor leveler. It helps eliminate installation problems such as bond failure, crumbling, and staining of resilient flooring caused by the free moisture found in a traditional underlayment.
