Woodstock, Ontario Couple Wins $20,000 in Home Hardware’s GY$B Contest

WOODSTOCK, ONTARIO – November 30, 2021
 — Home Hardware Stores Limited is thrilled to award Jack and Sharyn Cheney of Woodstock, Ontario with a $20,000 cheque to complete their dream kitchen renovation. The pair won Home Hardware’s national Home Installs GY$B Contest and is now looking forward to transforming their kitchen into a beautiful, more functional space.

“We are surprised, excited, grateful and can’t quite believe it,” said Jack Cheney, Home Installs GY$B Contest Winner. “After saving up and dreaming about redoing our kitchen for the past five years, we are so excited to see the Home Installs team bring our renovation plans to life. This money also means we will be able to explore more renovation projects in our home!”

“Our present kitchen is tired-looking and not very efficient for our use – it’s actually starting to fall apart,” said Sharyn Cheney, Home Installs GY$B Contest Winner. “We are really looking forward to having an organized space that is bright and fresh, with more storage and a better layout.”

Jack and Sharyn Cheney have met with the helpful staff at Woodstock Home Hardware Building Centre to begin their renovation journey.

“I would like to extend a huge congratulations to Jack and Sharyn on their big win,” said Adam Moulton, Dealer-Owner, Woodstock Home Hardware Building Centre. “They shared a vision for their dream kitchen with our Home Installs team. From the initial measurements, to the full installation, we are excited to help them tackle this project from start to finish and make that dream a reality.”

“Home Hardware’s installation service came highly recommended to us and it feels good to know their team will be working with us through the entire process,” Jack explained. “We love their selection of cupboards, faucets and countertops. Everything has such solid design and variability. Not to mention the staff have been extremely helpful, courteous, professional, and most importantly, easy to work with.”

The Home Installs GY$B Contest was open to all qualifying customers from participating Home Installs locations between August 30 - October 30, 2021.
