We understand that supply and demand of essential products is critical to the health and safety of our customers. That’s why our dedicated team members are working tirelessly to replenish inventory, placing urgency on delivering essential items for our customers’ needs.
Distribution Centres and Stores
We are committed to the health and safety of our organization and we are working closely with government and medical authorities to ensure our supply chain provides a safe shopping experience for communities across Canada.
While our stores are independently owned, many stores are offering specialized services including customized in-store hours, online orders and deliveries for customers at home.
As we work to prioritize the health and safety of everyone, our team members have been equipped with facilities and supplies to wash and sanitize their hands regularly. Stores have been provided with customer signage to encourage social distancing and our busiest locations are limiting the number of customers shopping at one time. We have also been cleaning our stores thoroughly and stores are adjusting the hours to meet the needs of their community.
We have cancelled all Home Hardware events and gatherings until further notice. Our bi-annual Home Hardware Market held in St. Jacobs, Ontario, which typically draws 7,500 attendees, is cancelled and is alternatively being held as a Virtual Online Market.
