Our independent Dealer-Owners are responding to the needs of their local communities and providing a range of options for customers to shop safely.
Due to volumes, some stores are experiencing delays. Your order should be ready within 15 business days. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with the subject line: “Your order is ready for pick-up”. Please wait for that email before arriving in-store to pick-up your purchase.

HomeHardware.ca is open 24/7 for all your shopping needs. Due to an increase in demand for essential items, our website is experiencing a high volume of online orders. To meet this demand while keeping our employees safe, online orders must be a minimum of $50.00 pre-tax.
Simply choose your local store to see product availability and place your order. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, accompanied by a phone number to arrange pick-up or delivery. Be sure to have your ID ready when you arrive at the store for pick-up, or when the store employee arrives at your location with the delivery. Based on stock availability, please allow 15 days for your order to arrive.

Some of the products we sell in our stores are not available for purchase on HomeHardware.ca. These items include paint, lumber, building materials, shingles and more. Contact your local store to purchase these items.

Be sure to use HomeHardware.ca as your shopping tool to see what products are available at your local store. Providing the seven digit item # to your store will help them process your order more efficiently.
The safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority and we are following the recommendations of government and health authorities to ensure we are acting as responsible and safe corporate citizens. Our stores have implemented physical distancing and cleaning protocols, as well as reduced hours to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.

COVID-19 Extended Customer Returns Policy To keep everyone safe, we have temporarily extended our in-store returns policy. For merchandise* purchased after March 1, 2020, the standard policy of 30 days will be extended indefinitely until we are back to business as usual. *Excluding lumber and building materials – see your local store for details
