You can redeem 1,000 Scene+ points for $10 off at checkout at Home Hardware and online at homehardware.ca using your Scene+ membership card or Scene+ membership number.

What types of financing options are available on the Scotiabank Scene+ Visa Card?

Scotia SelectPay^TM*is a feature on the Scotiabank Scene+ Visa credit card that allows customers to convert eligible credit card purchases at Home Hardware of $250 or more into flexible payment plans.^7,8 You can choose between two payment plan options: Deferred Payment Plans or Installment Plans

Deferred payment option plans are available for up to 12 months with no interest or fees. This plan type allows customers to defer their eligible credit card purchase of $250 or more made at Home Hardware, with no monthly payment required and with no interest, or fees for 3, 6, or 12 months. Available in all provinces, except Quebec.⁷
Installment plans are available for up to 24 months with no interest or fees. You can pay off your purchase in equal monthly payments for up to 24 months. Available in all provinces.⁸
For purchases at Home Hardware of $1,999 CAD or more, installment plans are available for up to 60 months with a low interest and no fees.⁶

Scotiabank Scene+ Visa Cardholders can set up and manage Scotia SelectPay installment plans on their Scotiabank app or Scotia online banking.

How do I convert my purchase into a Scotia SelectPay plan?

Follow the below steps to convert your Home Hardware purchase over $250 into a Scotia SelectPay plan

Make an eligible purchase of $250 or more (including tax) at Home Hardware or online at homehardware.ca with your Scotiabank^® Scene+^TM Visa* Card. 
Sign into the Scotia mobile app or Scotia online approximately 3-5 business days later 
Click the Scotia SelectPay icon and select your eligible purchase 
Pick the payment type (installment plan or deferred payment plan) and the plan term that works for you 
Review and accept the terms and conditions for the plan you choose. Slide or select to confirm.

Where else can I earn Scene+ points with my Scotiabank Scene+ Visa Card outside of Home Hardware?

You can earn 2X the Scene+ points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at Cineplex and participating grocery stores including Sobeys, FreshCo, Safeway and IGA. You can also earn 1 Scene+ point for every $1 spent on all other eligible purchases!^1A
